This is the pastor bringing a message at Christmas time entitled The Miracle of the Incarnation, or, The Miracle of the Virgin Birth. In the passage that we read together a moment ago, “And the Word was God … and the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.” The Miracle of the Incarnation: “And the Word was God. And the Word was made flesh, and tabernacled among us” [John 1:1, 14].

And it was revealed unto him by the Holy Ghost, that he should not see death, before he had seen the Lord’s Christ. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
